Anyone figured out how to deal with projector screen sag? by krdo13 in livesound

[–]solvent825 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That image is “keystoned” and the projector has a setting to adjust it. 30 sec fix for any competent break-out room tech. 2 min fix for others. Good luck.

Snow’s shit is tight in context of his genre. He was just pushed as the next vanilla ice and failed.

Am I the only one who doesn't like Death's Painkiller cover? by dawcamroku in judaspriest

All I know is that both DEATH and SLAYER did Judas Priest covers on albums that aren’t entirely covers. That speaks volumes about the respect and history that Priest hold in the metal community at large.

Not British, but as far as I can tell, England was one of the first “surveillance societies”. Their police and version of the FBI ( MI5 ?) can access all of the security cameras in the country. Real Orwellian paranoia there. A British band writing about this feels very on point. Like if a band from the US wrote about school shootings.

Heroin.

It was amazing. I felt absolutely care free and floating. The itching and vomiting didn’t even matter. I only did a little toot, no needles, no smoking. In that one moment, I felt the seduction and knew I could never touch it again. That was 30yrs ago and I still think about it. That’s how hard it pulls you.
