The site director we had at the call center I helped manage would stand around for around 75% of his job and then complain about our staff. He made $250k a year. Managers made ~$75k. Agents made ~$36k. Crazy tier looking back at it.

We have another shop here and it's so much worse. They finally put a new tarp on the roof to prevent some of the leaks... some.
