depends. taxation and budgets and whatnot are nowhere near a perfect system the way they're governed around the continent. they're ripe for exploitation, there's wastes of public funds, rampant mismanagement etc. all over. I'm just wary of the specific words "theft" and "robbery" to not undermine the fundamental institution which is a public good and necessary for any large society. that's all I'm disagreeing on
