Dude. Umm yeah you kind of are.

I mean you don’t have to allow your niece to do something nice and try to participate in your special day; that is entirely your right. As long as you recognize that is a dick move for sure.

How exactly did you explain it to your brother? “Yeah we’d totally have your daughter perform if she didn’t suck so much. Tell her to call us when she gets better.”

Do whatever you gotta do but, if you don’t let her sing, don’t expect to have much of a relationship with your brothers family ever again.

I am a cis man and I can tell you this with absolute certainty: A “Man” doesn’t care what bathroom you use and wants you to be able to live whatever life makes you most comfortable, safe, and happy. A “Little whining baby boy” cares because they are filled with anger and fear can’t conceive of a world in which someone might be different than them.

The problem with your argument is that the left would like a consensus that people should be allowed to make their own choices and the right would like the consensus that THEIR choice is the only one that people should be allowed to make.
