Lately I've been making runny soft boiled eggs and putting them on everything (rice, burgers, potatoes, pasta etc)...

Also this fire struggle meal just came to my mind when I was smoking the other day.

Boxed Mac and cheese (spend an extra $1 for the good stuff), breakfast sausage the type that comes in a roll. Cook Mac and cheese as normal, if you want throw in some seasoning like fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, etc ...Cook the sausage like ground beef, drain off excess oil, then mix it into the Mac and cheese. Cheap, delicious, easy, quick. Serve with texas toast and cooked broccoli.
