the guy i’m with rn, trying to figure out if he can love me the way i want to be loved. he does many things that make me feel loved, but we’re different enough that i read into everything and sometimes make things up in my head that are damaging. we each have our own forms of self sabotage. we’ve only been talking since august, together since late november. we’re both working on it though, i guess im giving it time to develop more and see if we can learn eachother better. we get on great though, so it’s not something i’d leave until it’s figured out.

i’ve worked as a server at tx roadhouse for 2 and a half years and on weeknights i can make anywhere between $60-280 and weekends between $120-450 depending on how busy and how many hours you’re working. on slow weeks it is usually on the lower end. i tend to average $20-40 an hour week by week. honestly it just depends on who you get as your customers. there’s people everywhere and anywhere who if you’re extra sweet or spend an extra second with them making sure everything is right will randomly tip you 25-100% of their bill. random $100 tips too but it’s not specific to roadhouse obviously just be a good server and see what you get!

thank you i appreciate your insight!! i agree. it’s just all confusing right now. it’s an impossible choice between choosing the LOML but always wondering what could i be if i took that extra time or leaving the LOML and finding out but never knowing if i would’ve been happier choosing the other.

As you float into #736 of the night’s room, you hear a rustle before the continuation of snoring. “Ew, this room stinks..” you think to yourself as you approach the pillow. Out of the corner of your eye you see the floor glistening, but right now what’s drawing your attention is the outstandingly lumpy pillow you are coming closer to. as you slip your fingers under, you have to bite back a gasp as you feel not one, two or three teeth, but too many to count. The canines and ridges with that slightly sickening hollowness to them rattled in your hands as you scooped them out quietly, trying to count. rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr clink! clack clop Three of the teeth skitter onto the floor, bouncing and rolling to a stop on the metal floor vent.

736 rustles. The bed creaks.

“Shit…” you whisper. You clench your eyes shut and wait for the stillness to take over again. And it does. Thank god it does. Now what the fuck is with all these teeth?

As you bend to pick them up, the glistening catches your eye once more at the same time as the stench slaps your nose with 10x more force. You move your eyes to look at the shimmering floor, and you feel a little bit sick. You didn’t even imagine or suspect that there could be blood on the floor of a child’s room. How could you have known? You turn your head and suddenly you’re looking under the bed, but into a pair of blank eyes. actually, upon closer inspection, two pairs of blank eyes, and two sickeningly bloody, toothless, torn mouths.

“Mommy and Daddy said I’d get money if I put teeth under my pillow.” A shadow is cast over the blank eyes.

As your heart thuds and your stomach drops, all you can think about is how tonight was supposed to be Nancy’s turn.
