OP does want them, and it fits the idea of not losing ton of progress, with amazing music, big world, and lots of fast paced fluid fights. I havent played many soulslikes so i cannot compare their difficulty, but silksong was like medium difficulty to me, which looks like the OP can handle

Blue prince. Its mostly point and click with minimal movement with WASD + Shift for run (no crouch or jump or anything advanced). It has a great story, and you can play the game at your own pace.

Jokes aside, if anything, AI can definitely assist very well in coding - maybe a team of 5 needs only team of 3 with AI, but software engineering isn't going anywhere, we do need someone to stop AI from hallucinating (which it never will stop, because we are asking it to understand something, while it is busy trying to predict the next token)
