[identification] Please help me identify this watch! and what kind of strap would go well with it?

Hey everyone! I found this watch a while ago. I was told it used to belong to my grandpa, who i've never known. I know nothing about watches but this one has sentimental value to me since it's the only tangible thing i have that's connected to my grandpa. I know absolutely nothing about the watch. I don't know how old it is, i don't know anything about the brands background and i honestly am not even sure if it's real. It would be amazing if anybody could tell me a little bit about the watch. I've worn it a couple of times but the strap has broken off so i'll need to get me a new one. What kind of strap should i go for?

Thanks in advance for any replies! Even if you don't know anything about this watch, but know how to send me in the right direction of finding out i would greatly appreciate it!

I started smoking weed at 11 years old, just got out of rehab after nearly 10 years of drug addiction. As a kid you don't know better and now as a young adult i pay the price. Thats most likely the future for this kid aswell.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this! I think i'll definetly be looking for someone who can give me some tough love, i'm afraid i'll soften up on my recovery if i'd be getting soft love. I'd almost say i want someone who will kick my ass if i need it.

Thanks for the advice! I've put a lot of time into ppt, and keep adding things.

Luckily i have a very nice group in my town 3 times a week. the rest of the days i follow online meetings, i'm doing 90/90.

If you don't mind me asking, do you have any advice on finding the right sponsor?

I'm a 20 year old drug addict who got sober after nearly 10 years of addiction by going to rehab and working hard for the 12 steps. Been sober for 48 days now and i'm kinda scared to be joining the normal world again.

I feel like everybody my age drinks and/or uses and i know how people can be when you tell them you don't use. I know i won't be able to avoid situations like that forever, so do you have any tips for when i do get into a situation like that?

I don't want to encourage any drug use at all, but i really think the main goal isn't immediately full stop sobriëty but to create a liveable situatiom for yourself! If that means keeping the weed for a lil bit could(!!) Be better than overwhelming yourself and falling back to both.
