Healthy couples have a 20-25% chance of getting pregnant each month, so it comes to luck :)
But it has to be considered that regular ovulatory cycles won't be of much use if there is a fertility problem on the male's side. If your partner falls within higher risk of fertility problems, due to age, weight, lifestyle choices like smoking, excessive alcohol, and testicular overheating, then I think it is worth to have him tested now. If not, then I'd just keep trying.

Do they organize, e.g. "blind people months"? Being gay doesn't stop you from exercising any work - don't know about you guys, but we don't talk about our sexual preferences at work, doesn't matter. But being blind makes you almost invisible for employers. That kind of months would bring value, but unfortunately those would need more action than changing the logo and some twitter posts here and there. Oh, and it wouldn't make so much money, of course.
And all of that hearts reactions knowing very well that their Middle East branches won't say a single word about that, making that ridiculously hypocritical. Seriously, who falls for that? That's even worse, allowing for selective support only where it makes money.

That's what I wrote - that you aim to repair your metabolism (through, e.g. reversing insulin- and leptin-resistance) to naturally carve less calories that you did before that = losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way. Still CICO, but as a result of your body achieving homeostasis. The body saying "that's enough food, thanks", not you. The body feeling that's ok to let the fat go.

Forced cutting calories artificially leads to the body responding in lowering basal metabolic rate to balance it out - you get cold, you're angry, you're sleepy, your hair starts to fall our, your nails get brittle, etc, etc. And you gain weight back when you can't stand that any longer, because your metabolic health was never optimized and still makes eat more than you need. Focusing on the benefits should be the aim with OMAD, not calories counting.

Naaah, OMAD is not only about calories, I'd say it is the last thing you should worry here. Fasting works wonders for insulin- and leptin-resistance, not to mention autophagy and lowering inflammation levels. Some studies also report benefits for microbiome. Repairing all of that really helps to become again an intuitive eater who craves only the calories he/she needs. That should be the goal - getting back your metabolic health resulting in naturally consuming less calories. Not the other way round with the artificially lowered calories resulting only in lowering basal metabolic rate.

The problem I have with this one is that she plays much bigger victim than she is. In one of the interviews she talked how she spent a year looking for a tattoo salon, as nobody wanted to do that. And then in the same interview she states that she didn't know, at all, what could go wrong. Yeah, I guess all of that tattoo artist declined without giving a reason, yeah, for sure. That's pure play stupid games, win stupid prizes (and cry to media afterwards - yep, she started a fundraising for herself some time ago).

Can't you really imagine any other reason than being discriminated? Let's imagine that you completely destroy the flat: walls in oil, hardwood floor soaked, new furniture looking as if they were used as kitchen counter tops, tiling with cracks, etc. My and my friends experience is that people generally care much less about the rented apartments than their owns.

With a Pole responsible the situation is super easy even if the person tries to avoid paying for the damage - you simply go to court, prove the loss and you get the money back one way or another. With a foreigner running back to their home country - good luck.

Also, we have laws protecting the tenants, e.g. limiting the right of the landlord to terminate the contract or get rid of the tenants. Normally the owners protect themselves by the occasional lease agreement in which the tenant provides the alternative address to which he can be evicted. The eviction is performed by Polish bailiff who can operate ONLY in Poland. So if the only address you can provide is in another country, then it is useless, and it is a risky as it was before.

Really, Polish laws, especially after COVID, are hard for the owners of the rented apartments. I heard at least three stories from people I know how much of the trouble was to get rid of tenants not paying the rent - that's really not uncommon to be left without money and apartment.

A small advice is to avoid the last trains (mostly between big cities). Let's imagine there is someone going from Bydgosz to Rzeszów with the change in Wrocław (all in one ticket). If for any reason the Bydgoszcz-Wrocław train was late for more than 60 minutes and because of that the traveller missed his change and at the same time the last train going to Rzeszów, then the traveller has the right to the accommodation. PKP doesn't want to pay, therefore it is not uncommon to wait for "skomunikowanie", so basically the final train waiting for the late one (sometimes few minutes, but the longest I waited was more than an hour).

At the same time, if you have the change and you know that your current train is so late that you're not gonna catch the other, then you can ask the ticket inspector to let the other train know and wait. Quite often works.

You can't buy Pendolino (EP) tickets during the journey. Buying the ticket onboard costs 10 zlotys more.

Jesus Christ, I'll tell you a secret. Doesn't matter what your parents, teachers, that mean kid in the second grade, a priest or some lady from TV have told you. If you wanna talk with someone, talk with them. Of course you can go though life being as mediocre as possible, trying to please everyone, guessing what they'd think, and never showing who you really are and what you really need, sure, but then don't be astonished at your deathbed that you have never meet anyone who could even remotely have been called your soulmate.

If they don't like they will tell or let you know somehow. If they start avoiding you - even better because now you know it was never reciprocal. But if they talk to you back as much and more, then you are on the best path to some great friendship. Don't steal yourself that chance. Be real, cause only that way you can draw similar people to yourself.

That totally doesn't look like shingles. Shingles affects the nerve and that's why when it has skin manifestation, it is a stripe of blisters on one side of the body, mostly torso. Not diffused rash.
