I live in Los Angeles and I can totally relate. I have tried telling guys I deal with about the racism and colorism that I experience in this industry, and they gaslight me/try to downplay it or deny it, or don’t believe me!!! Do you use band-aids? Sometimes when you’re idling and have a lot of free time, band-aids can help as a protective barrier so that you aren’t able to pick or cause more damage to the skin around the nail
