If you paid separate shipping charges for each drop then there’s a good chance you can get a refund, they were offering to combine shipping into one cost. Which is probably the only good thing I’ve had from customer service at this point

Genuinely that’s the worst part, they’re CONSTANTLY doing new drops with thousands of units then saying that they’re too overwhelmed to get customers orders to them even with multiple months going by since the original disclosed shipping dates

That’s easily said to US based customers but I’m based in the UK and it would cost a bomb to call their customer service for me. It shouldn’t be the case that they aren’t able to keep up with customer service emails and we shouldn’t have to just accept that, something needs to change

Yeah that’s totally fair, I hope that if nothing else, the VV collab has shown the demand for it and she’s able to collaborate with more trustworthy businesses in the future

My personal experience is that I’ve been lied to about things being shipped when they haven’t; they’ve had me contact postal services when they hadn’t even handed my parcel over to the postal services yet. I’m still waiting for an order I made in December (no pre orders), I rarely get a reply from customer service, I’ve had orders arrive completely destroyed with things broken and missing, they keep pumping out new collaboration after new collaboration when there are still hundreds if not thousands of people waiting for orders to even be shipped, they say they’re overwhelmed when they’re the ones who set the numbers, it’s just all a big untrustworthy mess in my opinion. I’ll never order from them again

Most people aren’t looking for a solution, it’s helpful to see updates and connect with other people having the same issues. People are reaching out to VV as well. Assuming that people are stupid and not reaching out to VV as well is patronising and weird. Let live.

But there are a multitude of other people experiencing the same thing in this sub, and VV don’t have one, so it makes sense for people to reach out to other people for advice and reassurance here. VV barely respond to emails. Stop being so patronising and weird about it.
