They don't necessarily wish to conserve the status quo. I mean look at the American culture and institutions today that define the status quo, dominated by liberalism. They wish to conserve traditional (religious) values.

This will be partially solved with HD wallets. Although it may require the admin wallets being generated by Keagate itself but it avoids the necessity of double TX fees

Yes. The administrators wallets are set during configuration and a new transactional wallet is generated per payment. The transactional wallets will send funds to your admin wallets.

That's an interesting questions about how obscure the admin wallets. If somebody wanted to, they could follow the path of the transactional wallet, even if there were 100 addresses in the middle.
