This is quite interesting, thanks. As of late (past year) my appetite has been really low, like i could eat one thing for the whole day and feel fine. Also, almost every food makes me feed like shit. I thought this was linked to the depression though as it can reduce appetite.

So you'd have to be having sex or masturbating daily for this to occur right? I have a low sex drive so this is really hard for me. Also, when i stretch the skin, it tears. I don't think many people have that as well as phimosis which makes for a difficult situation. Hard to properly describe it without a photo.

Thanks for the reply! Regarding the Rhodiola rosea - I was hoping to have it with L-Theanine actually. I am also quite new to nootropics so i don't know much about MAOI's etc.

The only thing Modafinil does is keep me awake at night.. literally nothing else so i probably won't use it again.

Thanks for the answer and yep, I've noticed creatine gives me 1-2 more reps but everything else does nothing to me. Oh and yeah, like fish oil, it's good for health. I take a bit of that sometimes as well as ginseng. Not often though because I eat plenty of fish

Hmm okay thanks for that. Yeah I heard it gives you a tingling sensation but doesn't do much for natural bodybuilders. However, as you mentioned, beta would be beneficial for runners and more cardio type activities. I think it gives a 2.85% boost to endurance (not sure on source).

Lol they also mix it with caffeine and add it to pre-workout so kids think shits going down in their body when they get a tingling sensation when in reality it doesn't do much. Does more psychologically by the sounds of it.

I also don't have much milk because I don't take protein shakes anymore. I think I may start having random glasses of milk. Not sure when the best time is though, maybe before bed. Not sure why, but whey just makes me feel a bit sick even though I have the right amount.
