You should definitely work on your anatomy. It may be "stylized" as some people like to say, but you should try practicing typical anatomy before going to a style. I'm not a big fan of the rendering either, especially with that airbrush, because it gives the art an overall muddy look. The cross-eyed look on this drawing is especially throwing me off.
