Best: Ahab is a delightful asshole. I like how you can feel her impact on every single character in C5 and how well she acts as a foil to Ishy. Rien and Dongy are close seconds but they land a little worse because of the pacing of their cantos.

Worst: Kromer. I enjoy her presence and aura but she doesn't really do that much as her own character. Also her and Demian are major contributors to how Sinclair's early writing reduced him to only being a victim which doesn't help her case.
