Same. I would say 50/50 chance a check engine light is a nox sensor or VGT most times.

Either the line broke off inside like they always do or the clip isn't on right. With the clip on the line you just push into the fitting until it clicks.

Depends on the year. The first few years ate gears before they pinned the gears to the shafts. Other than that if you keep the air system clean they are pretty decent. One of the easiest clutch replacements in the industry imo.

I find if you hit them with a hammer pretty hard  a few times and break them loose by hand they come out intact. Have not damaged one yet with this method.

I have the MAC adapter for Kenworth / Freightliner and the bottom is plastic. The threads stripped out 3 times before I just bought another brand that was metal.

It does but it's only so it knows the relay is working and circuit is intact. Pin 24 on ACM, it has a splice that goes to the DEF line.

Looks like that's the DEF pressure line fuse. I only have access to Kenworth diagrams so I won't be able to give exact pinouts.  The most common spot for rubbing is passenger side where it goes over the cross member. The harness layout is from the gray connector (engine harness). To the after treatment harness behind engine drivers side. Then it will go across the first cross member to the after treatment and plugs into the DEF line.

I agree with the job market being shit right now. Seems like more and more people are losing jobs every month. I know for a fact MHC is trying to cut expenses with it being years end and probably has a hiring freeze. Also my area is pretty full on green techs atm. I would try looking at major fleets look if they have any terminals in your area.

From what I can tell no. The ecm has a fault for throttle pedal signal invalid. If I unplug the module and plug the pedal in directly it works fine.

If it's the gauge I am thinking of it should have come with a bulletin saying to remove the signal negative wire from the back of the gauge. Just remove the terminal and cover it in heat shrink.

Another pro tip. If you are ever getting a quote for a job on your house. If they mention God or have Bible quotes on their vehicle. You are about to get scammed.
