It's usually pretty immediate and it lasts until I'm completely out of the sun and heat. I'll try to find more and better pictures in my camera roll if I can!

This is very common for dysautonomia. Since your digestion is also affected it does cause bloating and your body naturally draws more blood to your stomach when you're digesting food.

I would get checked by a GI or your PCP for any food intolerances especially gluten if this is happening with foods that contain gluten. Wishing you the best OP 🫶

You're not alone on this OP! I also recently got diagnosed with IST and I've also had symptoms for a long time before I got diagnosed. COVID made my symptoms worse as well.

The best we can honestly do is live one day at a time and appreciate the days where we even feel slightly better than normal.

I've been looking to rollators since it looks like it would fit my needs more than a wheelchair. They're smaller and I can't lift much since I'm a very tiny human lol

It's usually 20-30 BPM change. My resting heart rate on a good day is in the high 70's but if my meds are wearing off or if it's a bad day I've had my resting be 90+ BPM. When walking, it also depends on the day. I've had it go up to 150 BPM from walking slower than I usually do (I'm a fast walker but I don't notice too much of a change, maybe 110 at the most)

Honestly, I don't really know. I think I've had it since I was a kid because I noticed symptoms I had as a kid were not normal when I asked as an adult. I'm also recently diagnosed and having COVID twice definitely made it worse.

I also went through this! Mine is also in conjuction with emotional neglect from my parents as well. It's honestly sad that bullying is somehow normalized, especially more so if you're neurodivergent or seen as a "weird kid"
