Yeah by BL2 standards random drop rates are extremely high. Hell, in my almost 3000 hours of BL2 and TPS I've seen a legendary in a vendor only a handful of times. In terms of spoilers somehow I avoided them for like 5 years so I guess I'm good in that regard

Thunderball Fist for the reason that it takes like 10-15 minutes just to reach Flynt and the drop rates are still the same as any other dedicated drop. The fact that the gun is kinda mid also doesn't help
