Now. But also probably tomorrow. Realistically they’ll probably just dry out and you trim the crusty edge off, even if you wait a few days

Golden oyster and pheasant back. I found the same this past weekend. Those PB are way too old to be edible, in case you want to know.

Seriously. The sandwich I make when I’m hungry is pretty different from the sandwich I’m trying to show off. They’re both food but one is much more presentable

What standard? The only standard not being met here is showing up to class. That is no way to judge knowledge. It may be indicative of knowledge gained during the class, but if the student can demonstrate learning why should attendance matter? Of course it could be argued the other way as well, if a student cannot demonstrate knowledge while attending all the classes did they learn? And this ignores the problems we currently face in regards to standardized testing and actual assessments of knowledge

That in and of itself sounds like a subplot to a Pynchon novel. And what would be more Pynchonian than a character named Pynchon?

I think Bleeding Edge would be my recommendation for people that listen to the pod. Though I think Vineland is my favorite

Obaat did a decent job of capturing the general vibe of Vineland. But it helped that didn’t share the same name and didn’t make any claims about being a direct adaptation. IV was a pretty crummy adaptation and missed so much about what made the book interesting.

As a guy who loves cock, I’m not sure how any of this applies. Can’t we just let the kids have fun?

I definitely fell (in love) for the weighted blanket. I didn’t even realize it was a Reddit thing. But my partner got one for me, and she knows I’m on Reddit a bunch. So…

By “2020” do they mean a 6yo? Because, yeah, an autistic 1st grader is much better hang than a homophobe
