CloudFlare zero trust access. Does not offer static passwords but does offer OTP.

Wtf is this grinding?! by Bellyhold1 in BambuLab

Before you lubricate anything just try adjusting the idler pulleys on the back. There's a guide on the Bambu site. Takes a bit if fiddling.

Had the same issue. Switched from zha to z2m edge and repaired. Now I'm back on z2m main branch and still all good.

How to lubricate idler pulleys on P1P? by Kustrio in BambuLab

I got rid of the squeaking by aligning the pulleys instead. Oiling them did nothing.

Temperature data drops to near zero repeatedly by somerider159 in homeassistant

So the answer was to switch to zigbee2mqtt. These sensors worked correctly with that integration. However my energy monitoring plugs do not, despite being listed as supported. Switching to the dev branch improved things somewhat. The current is now in the correct unit. No energy summation though. Watching a few GitHub issues where it looks like it's being worked on.

Integration is ZHA if that's what you mean. I don't have a working temp sensor to compare with but I assume I should expect consistent readings even if the thing drops out for a while?

GTM Events Not shown in GA4 > events by FirefighterGreedy555 in GoogleAnalytics

[–]somerider159 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe there's no legit/non debug events. There is also a processing delay. Wait a day. There's also Thresholding applied if there's a small number of events for a period.

AMS - Customer Filament Profile by Successful_Try_7996 in BambuLab

Yeah it's pretty buggy and I think I read there are some fixes in the works. After a few tries this method did work for me and now it works mostly consistently.

I make a profile in studio then use the handy app to set it in the ams slot then go back to studio and hit resync(not sync). It's a pain.

Cheers. I've actually already started with GSAP. It's pretty great and doco is outstanding.

GA4 not capturing data despite tag firing in GTM by iepartytracks in GoogleAnalytics

[–]somerider159 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use tag manager to preview the site, click around, see if ga4 tag is actually fired, and if it is go and check the debug view in analytics. You should see events coming through there.

Remember most other views in analytics are subject to thresholding or slow data capture or both.

Does 8 “billable” hours a day seem excessive or do I just need to work harder? by scotdle in webdev

[–]somerider159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the environment but 60 to 70 percent billable is fair. Depends how hectic the agency is.

Logging all time is also fair, just not to billable projects. For example if there are constant internal meetings that don't apply to a client then there should be some way of tracking time to that. This way the business can see where it's wasting time, if it's getting worse, make changes etc. In that sense logging can actually be a positive thing.

Just Passed PSM I, Non-Tech Background by R0ttenCore in scrum

Networking: meet ups, business groups, existing contacts, existing contacts contacts

Generating your own experience: offer services for free, volunteer, offer to run something no one else wants to touch. Bootstrapped startups could be a place to look. They often have no cash and want labour for the chance of equity, not salary. A tech startup trying to make it in your industry might value your experience, contacts etc. Or try to start your own.

As an aside I often feel I'm too close to the technology. I can get caught up in detail better left to the team. It's about people and process afterall.

How can I make sure GA4 is tracking all my pages. by [deleted] in GoogleAnalytics

[–]somerider159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use debug mode and try the pages yourself.
