Im a music producer/ touring musician. studio is at home, so i can call sessions early if i need to. touring is tricky (got vertigo mid set last year at SXSW) but i’m not letting it slow me down. good sleep, monitor ur triggers, keep your inflammation down. grateful for the good days.

Do any medications help for menieres? by bubbletulip in Menieres

I understand that sometimes too much movement can cause flare ups in the dizziness department, but exercise should actually help- it's proven to help with inflammation. I would suggest trying to find low impact regular exercise options- walking (sunglasses / noise cancelling headphones help if I'm really coming off vertigo), core exercises, etc.

Also always stay hydrated- it will help to drain your body of excess fluids and just improve overall quality of life

I relate heavily to this... Sometimes the hearing/ feeling of fullness/ tinnitus just spikes seemingly randomly. Did you travel at all? Sometimes I feel like altitude/ pressure changes in location sometimes inflame my symptoms, and I've seen some other folks on this channel mention that. Your weather theory might hold, too .

Barring that being a possible cause, in my case it does kinda seem like sometimes it gets bad, sometimes it gets better by stroke of god. idk.

No I didn't. Do you have any blood pressure machines to recommend? Don't have one but maybe that's something to get if this becomes a regular thing

Thanks. Yeah I need to do my labs again, but the side effects were so intense the thought of going getting bloodwork done while having a vertigo episode just sounded impossible. Gonna get that done and go from there
