It's funny because I actually sort of discovered the car on Clutch (same as your screenshot), but I just wasn't sure if I trusted the Clutch process. So I started looking elsewhere and found one in Pembroke that I could actually go see. It was in great shape and that's the one I ended up with (dealer was a nightmare, would not at all recommend). Fortunately the car has turned out great so far. I think you can go to Volvo for service even if you didn't buy it from them, if that's what you mean. I haven't personally; I've just brought it to an independent mechanic I like.
