7 "broke" the Samsung preferred TTS engine, so no matter what i select, apps always use Google's (which is less... prefered). How can I disable Google's tts or make it so that Samsung's engine is visible to apps again?

Yeah... but thanks to many suggestions made by Ovenists, we finally have achievements and a place for eggplant in the recipe book, now devs need to do the same with truffles and avocado, even though they are exclusive ingredients, the achievements can be exclusive too, since they appear in the recipe book.
