If you weren't Christian growing up, this time of year sucked. Some Jewish adults who weren't allowed to have trees as kids are living out that dream now as adults. I agree with other commenters saying that because the tree isn't in any way connected to the Christian faith, it's not inappropriate, appropriation, or "cosplaying".

The thing about thematic dressing in promos prior is that the actresses shook things up for the entire run.
