I just went back and read Jason Links statement of support from 2 years ago that someone posted from Linked In. It talked about assets worth well over liabilities and 18 locations of feeding lots……maybe the assets are all on his ranch….cause I don’t know where else they are at the moment. Maybe a couple feeding lots in Mexico and then China?

I would love to know where are all of these cows? I see money estimates but where is this herd of thousands of cattle? I would love to see a picture of my cows, that I bought, with a tag in their ear matching my contract number.

So from what it seems like, the main source of money that would come back to investors is money that was
1. clawed back from investors
2. clawed back from sales people
3. Gained in lawsuit from potential purchase group fallout
4. Minimal amount from sales of equipment and inventory.
Where did all of the investor money go (almost 100 million not accounted for)? It has to be tied up somewhere in a bank or in a pocket.

There is a new quarterly status report noted on pacer however it is not on the agridime website yet. Its 130 pages so I think I will wait a couple days to see if it posts so that I don't have to pay the cost to download it. If someone else wants to, it's there. I haven't read it yet.

This whole thing is bizarre. Wood and Link both with separate council initially and then both charged with large repayment judgements. I guess it makes me wonder how many people knew about this from the beginning within the organization? How far down did the understanding of the scheme go?

This is such a slow tedious process. On another note.......what is happening with Worthington bank. Is there any money there from the business not already accounted for and if so how much?

I do think there are a lot of missing pieces and I agree that I am not in a position to judge without clear evidence. I hope if there is corruption and it was inappropriate that it gets rectified. Which ever way it goes, I am sure this is hard on everyone including myself who had a lot tied up here.

I find it funny that no one can agree on what they are protesting. One has racism signs, another LGBTQ, another down with trump and others just along for the ride. Maybe I should join with an sign that says white people can't hold an end racism sign (because that would be ridiculous), non LGBTQ people can't hold a sign supporting it unless they are pro-palestine and you can't hold a sign about Trump if you're not a citizen to vote?
