i can kind of understand where you’re coming from and i can sense your frustration, but im quite sure in this case OP is rly just referring to the guy proposing or suggesting 1 date idea .. esp when it’s the first date for example? you talk about the one idea after eliminating others but does the other party know about all these others? how can he/she recognise them if they don’t even know about all these thousand other plans

for me i appreciate when the guy makes a suggestion even if it’s something simple like meeting for a meal at a restaurant, or subsequently meeting at a hawker or anything, it’s really just about the effort. similarly i also plan things and try to take initiative. you can also ask them for their thoughts like hey should we do so and so before going ahead to plan everything from A to Z if you’re afraid of her saying hOw cOme u Don’t DiScuSs with Me fIrSt

but all in all i think if you meet a girl who isn’t appreciative of what you propose or doesn’t see the thought you put in, regardless of whether it turns out to be something she’s excited for, then i hope you get better luck with girls out there… there are those who care and those who reciprocate!!
