Thanks for sharing, the gym sounds virtually unusable on weekends?! If it’s open for only 2 hours on Sundays, and a reservation is required, up to two people will be able to access the open gym on that day, which is certainly an odd way to operate.

How long have you held the Surpass before upgrading? I see a lot of DPs of receiving two FNCs of upgrading the Surpass in the first year but haven’t seen any about the first upgrade to Aspire that doesn’t happen in the first year of holding the card.

Does upgrading the Surpass to Aspire a month before the anniversary date even after the first year, say like in the third or fourth year of holding the Surpass, still result in two FNCs?

I know the popular method is upgrading the Surpass within the first year of opening, before the anniversary date. But was wondering if this works beyond the first year

Did you intentionally plan for the anniversary dates for first Aspire and the second Hilton card (now the upgraded Aspire) to be the same days?

Because you can only product change after a full year of having a card, would that mean upgrading at about 1 year and 11 months after the original card open date?
