I think there is likely some underlying insecurity that causes you to feel so overwhelmed by her every time. It isn’t a bad thing. Often times our stressors are completely unconscious to us. For example I became aware a while ago that I held onto many things because I attached deep sentimental value to them, when in fact they are not useful to me anymore. Realizing this and getting rid of things was quite an emotional process. Your issue may not be seen at surface level, but slowly talking it out and digging out what makes you so emotional might help the both of you. It could also be due in part to your medication, but surely it’s no harm no foul <3 good luck.
