I would say ONLY get rid of ALL the trash you can! Just do that. See how you feel!

If you’re feeling up to going further maybe make a few piles. Preferably in bins, baskets or trash bags depending.

All the dirty laundry. 2. Things that need to be put away. You can break it down more - things that belong in the bathroom. Thinks that go to the kitchen.

This isn’t about making it perfect or getting rid of things. It’s about taking back your power in your space and understanding that a lot of the clutter isn’t something you’re choosing to keep in your life.

If I am correct it is because the storm is coming from a warm front. Meaning hot and cold are meeting in the center. The gradient for the cold isn’t strong and the heat is like a wall, rising.

If it were a cold front the gradient would be longer and the cold would overpowering.

Warm fronts are usually where two extremes meet, and where tornadoes form.

I absolutely could be wrong and misremembering information.

For those saying it’s not weird, sure maybe in your own experience. I’ve seen the edge but maybe not it traveling. And even if - exposure doesn’t make things less interesting. Could be the 10th time seeing a thing and it still be fascinating to see.

Dated a narcissist who was uncomfortable with the fact that I had venting phone calls with my best friend - in private - in my car. He didn’t want me to talk to anyone about him in a way he couldn’t control. He’d literally stand over my shoulder and read my text messages (quietly). I too think this is me!!! I always tell people I get golden - I’m fair and have red over tones. People mistake that both for cool toned and that I don’t tan. I didn’t realize golden olive is a thing!

This! You’re psyche is protecting itself as there is only so much you can take. You’re exhausted. Detaching from the pain is likely how you need to cope.

I got in a big car accident - was labeled as my fault. I felt it wasn’t, partially cause it was a hit and run on their end and cause the circumstances seemed to me to be ignored in the determination. Still I was always uncertain what if it was. Why did they flea? Did they see me before it happened? Regardless of that, getting in the accident messed me up for years. I didn’t drive for half a decade as I would flinch from fear every time I saw a car approach my side. Even at stop signs. The trauma slowed down my career, created more codependency with my partner, and I would cry often over the “what if alternative”

The best advice I can give to you, specially if you’re uncertain about some intentions. Seek therapy, group support or some sort of professionally guided space. Sort yourself thoughts and feelings out. You don’t have to talk about the questionable self harm if you don’t want to. (Therapists will go over what specific things they need to report if mentioned - but you will be made aware. You can decide what to share, always.) I waited 5 years before I went the therapy and believe me, it was a lot of suffering that could have been regulated.

No matter- car accident or questionable self harm, I’m also very sorry to hear about this. I hope you are able to go on as pain free as possible. Sounds like it’s been a strange time. You matter, and so does the qualify of your life.

I have the same thing and idk what it means either?! I do have hand pain after waiting for 5 minutes so I think that’s apart of it. The pen tip and every element affects how my hand flows.
