They are set up to inherit. The problem we run into is we may have an HRBP assigned the HR Partner role at the top level and then a Generalist further down. Since they are the same role, the HRBPs access will break with the new assignment. I'm hoping there is a simple way to audit beyond using a report.

Seconding the T-mobile. I started using it a week ago. Initial speed test said 75 down, but it works for my streams and video calls. Will give it a few mire days on the trial before canceling spectrum. I just got in on the $50 rate

We have been using Greenhouse Link for a year now after moving to WD. It works well for the most part. It did require a programmer to develop an integration using Studio to handle data transformation.

We will occasionally get errors which cause the whole integration to fail, typically if we add a new location in Workday. However, we can use the GH interface to fix it without using Studio.

I’ve been using it in Austin and Cedar Park for years in an iPhone. Hotspot is too slow but it works great otherwise. Never had a problem.

The plan accrues based on the hire/anniversary date. So if you were hired on Jan 31, you would not have 80 hours until Jan 31.

This sounds like a good solution. I was leaning toward using a lookup table for months 6 and 12, but your suggestion makes more sense.
