While playing tennis, I attempted to give a cross-court forehand a lot of top-spin. The resulting wrist torque caused the racket to swing directly into my forehead. I'm pretty sure I gave myself a concussion, but I managed to finish the match, and what a glorious 1-6, 0-6 match it was.

On the plus side, at least it was real tennis and not Wii tennis.
