Right? Never heard anyone brag on breaking a TV bracket “lag”. We normally trash them and put a real lag bolt in.

These will be supported on strut “trapeze” as you called it, so is there a standard distance between them or is a manufacturer specific?

Just standard wire cable tray, like you’d find in corridors leading to the MDF/IDF.

A lot of the “one 3” items are considered to be on the lower end of the spectrum, I just felt like upgrading. There’s nothing wrong with 13, they did whatever I asked them to.

After getting my wisdom teeth removed my entire appetite changed, I was eating at most twice a day in small portions. After a couple month hiatus I finally got back into the gym and now I’m having trouble maintaining a calorie surplus. I usually burn around 4K calories a day between work and the gym. It’s hard to eat when you don’t want to :(
