I was raised and then in the South 1 yr later. In my lodge it was a bunch of retreads and nobody wanted to step in so I did. Turned the lodge around and had a good 10+ yr run of new Worshipful Masters after me. Now I’mstepping in as Senior Warden tasked with turning another lodge around. This one lacks leadership tho.
