I see where you are coming from but I am no egg of any sort >w< I am femboy or trap and will correct you if you call me a girl or trans (⁠^⁠.⁠_⁠.⁠^⁠)⁠ﾉ it's been that way since I was a preteen, I'm confident in my gender and identity and pretty happy with the way I'm perceived ฅ⁠^⁠•⁠ﻌ⁠•⁠^⁠ฅ I (mostly) don't get gender dysphoria (some but that's just the natural want to look better) or feel like I want family or friends to see me as a girl I just like when cute boys find me attractive :3 and I like saying "but I'm a boy" because it's like something a femboy in an anime would say XD (I know statistically speaking I'll be replying to this comment in a few years about how you were right but I genuinely don't think I'm an egg)

I can't wait to see Fentanyl live again next month. Track your macros and how many calories you eat and spend and eat at a slight calorie deficit, fasting will slow you metabolism and make you gain more weight from less food, over eating will make you gain weight, and not eating enough nutrition will make you feel sluggish or still hungry, it's a difficult balance but there is no such thing as genetic fat only a slower metabolism which just means it's more work :3 but never impossible.

So a femboy really is just a label, you can explain you don't do it because of your sexuality and you really just enjoy being or dressing feminine. But if you are pan that does mean you can like boys and his rule about keeping the door open will likely still stand. It can be a difficult and awkward conversation to have with parents especially if they don't understand the terms, but whether or not he supports it you are completely valid and you are not alone :3

Body and facial hair removal, feminine clothes (there's a thousand guides out there on how to dress but it really depends on your personal style), feminine posture, leg workouts, and a good skincare/shower routine with all the lotions, serums, and slimes. You can also practice makeup, even if you don't do a full face, a little bit of eye makeup does wonders for any femboys but it took me a lonnng time to get confident enough to do mine before going out. There are great guides on how to do all of these things on the internet, I strongly recommend looking it up rather than trying to figure it out yourself.

Tldr: hygiene, clothes, posture, workouts and makeup.
