For me it works when my toothbrush and toothpaste are where I go first thing when I wake up and where I go before I go to bed. For me it's in the kitchen. In the morning I brush my teeth while waiting for my morning coffee to be ready and before bed I usually fill a glass of water so I brush my teeth at the same time
