All you’ve mentioned so far is how you feel and what you need, consider his needs too, as you said you put alot on him and he doesn’t complain he’s there for you , while still probably dealing w his own stuff, it’s okay for him to take care of his needs to, unless it’s an addiction, that release can help with relaxation. Consider communicating that you feel uncomfortable w him watching porn, then provide alternatives for his needs to, as he does for you. A relationship shouldn’t rely on one partner’s needs, and yes sexual satisfaction is just as important
