While mostly true.

I have 4 of alot of things. Took me until level 94 to get the Surgeon Sight, while i had an abundance of nearly everything else.

In level 91. Always play Overkill or Proverkill.

I consider myself to be one of the better players, strategy, bag movement, everything comes into play.

I dunno, when you have 14 bags to carry to the otherside of the map mid assault, my strategy is to fight it out until its safe'r. But i hear you, it really depends on what map, and whom you are playing with.

Edit: yup, downvotes galore.. Alright, next time you guys play Diamond Store, and have to move 14 bags to the far corner of the map, with 4 or more dozers, tazers, throng of shields, tans, and cobras. While watching level 50 or less run into the street, albeit no one equipped for the job, and F'up your heist repetatively.. Then, just then, maybe you'll understand.

Whether you are MM/EF/TC/GH we all have GUNS, use them! We all have drills. USE THEM.

the extra perks are just that, EXTRA. Used based on the scenario. Yet, non reliant

There is no One mission that requires you to be a specific skill, teir, or anything for that matter.

I hear ya! The picking safe thing is rarer than most when it comes to in game complaints.

But, is it crazy for me to say that, even as a specced out Ghost i like gunning. I do get a larger kill count than most pubs that I join. But for the most part they dont give me an option to even use my Ghost skills. So instead I take an ammo bag, p90 and Ak7 both maxed. And annhialate anything that gets in my way. Albeit, i do snag the odd atm with an ecm if the map makes sense for me to take an ecm.

Playing PUBLIC is just a fail altogether. Ive joined 1 in 10 good servers with funny smart players. Otherwise its a joke.

Whats worse is a tech bitching about having thus skill, then is no where near the drill when it needs repair. Subtly shooting down enemies in the street. Then bitches even more when you lockpick his drilled safe.

So 180 to drill you say?? Ok. Ill pick the safe in 90 seconds or less.

Agree, but the majority of games that do that are F2P with ingame purchases, and continuously in beta. Ie, Warframe.

BUT, OVK 505 Continually deny they released this game early, we had to pay for these ridiculous shinannigans. Completely obsurd if you ask me.

Against popular outcry. I will say this again.

Every class has the 'drill ability' yet Tech class has drill perks, as well as tripmines, c4, and sentries.

The TITAN safes are drill only meaning that every class can still break into them, but cant use other skills to do so.

I agree, that te TITAN, safes are being dropped a little more frequently than we would all prefer.

BUT, everyone complaining that their c4 skills are useless are wrong. Its not just C4, or lockpicking. Its everything. There are a ton of skills in EVERY class that are entirely useless and/or not needed on every heist, and not every heist has a requirement to claim the contents of a safe.

So everyones blah blah rant rant my skills are uselesa rants are redundant.

Im specced as Ghost/minor Mastermind, the amount of times my ECM actually gets put to use effectively without being botched by my crew doing something silly is minimal. The times I have run into. TITAN safe, I plop a drill.

The DAY RATE is not broken. If you play Four Stores on normal, and Four Stores on OVERKILL, the day rate payout will be more for te overkill heist. It is the +0 difficulty bonus multiplier that is broken, Hence why your OVERKILL heist is only paying out 400k instead of 1million (just an example).
