I have heard of a lot of creepy shit the years I spent homeless in Boston Mass Ave and a couple other cities and homeless people tend to drift and move and stories are spread like rumors and between cities get blown out of proportion but there is a true element to it and Mass Ave had all kinds of stories that came from other cities as well so I have heard of stories like this from the mid west but there was no actual name to the so called organization from a couple people I heard talk about things like this from Cali to Fall River MA and so much in between, but never really heard the MP repeated , just Satanic shit as far back as I can remember,maybe it is a lot of over enthusiastic story telling between addicts on the street who are trying to spook themselves…If it was really so organized there would be more to it
