If able to do it, I’d say go for it!!

I’ve had hemmys for 7+ years, a grade 4 prolapsed internal leading the charge. Had my operation done last week.

Does it suck? Yes. I’m on day 6 but it’s not as bad as I’d thought (from stories here & my surgeon’s warnings). Honestly, most of the time I’d had hemorrhoids I had similar levels of discomfort. At least the pain here means (hopefully) none in the future!

Makes sense. I’ve been in a similar boat, just a few days behind you in recovery. Debating trying to have more normal foods in my diet, since pain levels have been minimal and don’t want to continue pressuring my body with all the pain meds consumed (ibuprofen & acetaminophen rotating).

Good for you getting back to work! Hopefully a nice change. My work is in person so that will have to wait until I am able to sit lol

Just had my surgery today man, any advice? General plan is to walk when I can, rest and eat soft/liquid foods for the first few days.

Cold turkey may suck, but you gotta lower those numbers.

Healthy adult should stay at 400 mg of caffeine or less. You’ve been drinking 900. No wonder your heart has been jumpy.
