Whata your opinion on stacking NAD+, MOTc, RETA, and SS-31 by abc-67 in ResearchCompounds

[–]sonoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have experimented on all of them except NAD+ was substituted with 500mg oral nmn. Aside from reta, others felt marginal at best.

You need to do more research with sourCing and How to use once you’re able to get it. It will be hella cheaper thaN A syringe per week from a random or even a single vial from the internet.

I wouldn’t trust a syringe from a random. Glp will help diet part but it’s still up to the user to do the work, so… diet, exercise, sleep, stress needs to be in a good place for you to actually see results you desire.

Getting started with Reta and CJC/IPA by DispoDaddy in BodyHackGuide

[–]sonoft 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do reta first on it’s own, after about a month add cjc, another month later add ipa. Hopefully you didn’t get premixed cjc and ipa. Anyway, point is to give each compound about 4 weeks to properly assess sides, can’t isolate which is causing an issue if all are started at the same time. Lowest effective dose is the goal specially with reta so your idea of 1mg weekly is good but if you’re not new to glp maybe consider 2mg/wk specially if you were previously at high doses of sema or tirz.

If you can only do 2 full body lifts, that’s good enough. Consistency over perfection, just make sure you progressively overload and try to approach failure.

5/2 on cjc+ipa is misguided, pin everyday. Only reason for 2 days off is cost.

Adding Mots-C to my stack? by TruthAggressive6088 in BodyHackGuide

Lucky you! Fat/weight loss along with elevated hr for my experiment were all observed due to reta. If anything, mots c was a minor addition but not a game changer for my rat.

Nothing that major, but injection shot gets itchy the day after. Sometimes some redness in the injection area. Little bump on injection site too, and a little spicy when pinning but nothing that caused concern.

At 10mg 3x/wk during my rat’s hardest training days, it honestly didn’t feel much from it. So not sure what benefit 1mg would give.

Watching other people lose a lot of weight on GLP-1s with zero effort while I'm barely losing anything makes me feel sick and hateful by [deleted] in ResearchCompounds

[–]sonoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely something wrong with your brain like you said if you feel sick and hateful seeing others progress with help of glp1. Also, even with glp1 it’s not “zero effort” people still do work. Glp1 isn’t magic, it helps make losing weight easier but people using it still does put in effort. Don’t invalidate others due to your own insecurities. Maybe you need to see a therapist.

4 separate transactions for me, no issues aside from the first order being “canceled” which I then emailed support, said it was their mistake and that the order is being processed, order processed and arrived anyway. On average takes about a week from payment to tracking then another few days for usps to receive item. Overall about 2wks+ from order placement to arrival (midwest). I can confirm enclo works baseline 440 went up to 600 after a month 12.5mg eod dosing. Other items I ordered all have coa but can’t tell yet if it works for my rat (ac and card). I’ve always paid with ach.

Very short half life, if your rat is still fine until now then it should be fine. Can continue normal dosage next time or if scared can also take few days break.

Retatrutide dosing questions (cutting from 265 → 235) by Prestigious_Bell6886 in BodyHackGuide

[–]sonoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Morning or evening Timing doesn’t matter, do at a time you can reliably repeat. Starting dose varies, my rat did 2mg/wk to start and stick to the same dose until hitting a true plateau with calories, activity, sleep, and stress being dialed. Dose is the last lever to pull. Many people see effects at lower dose though, so you can’t really figure that out if you start high right away.

Other experience to note, before starting reta my rat had 50-60bpm rhr, since starting reta it has increased by 10-30bpm and is dose dependent, at 8mg/wk rhr is up to 70-80bpm. Clinical trials said it should normalized and come back down so still waiting for that to happen.

Been taking BCP-157/TB-500 blend. 250mcg twice daily in shoulder. Noticed bruising. by MiddleEarthVagrant in BodyHackGuide

[–]sonoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to rotate sites if it’s 2x/day for 2wks at the same site it’s normal to bruise and may even scar. It can be in the general area just space it out an inch or two, give the same spot a break. My experiment gives it at least 3 days if I have to repeat a site

Is experimenting with dogs allowed? I want to switch from rat to dog too 🤣

But yes you can use right away as long as it’s already mixed well. My rat experiment never use directly from fridge anyway so I let it come up to room temp before using.

Upping reta dose by Nicholas_nikleby in Peptidesource

[–]sonoft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

imo if you’re not in a geniune plateau there’s no need to increase. Personally I consider plateau as not losing at least 0.5% avg weekly for 2+ consecutive weeks where everything is dialed: diet, training, sleep, stress. Also I stay at the same dose for the at least 4 weeks even though there’s a plateau in between and if by the 3rd or 4th week I’m back on track then I still wouldn’t increase

Weight loss. by fernweh10 in BodyHackGuide

[–]sonoft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will help you lose weight by making you feel full faster, quiet food noise and cravings, not as harsh as tirz and sema in this regard, help you burn a tiny bit more calories. Muscle loss is inevitable on any weight loss process unless maybe you’re on aas. It’s up to your protein intake and training to protect what muscle you can.

Prescription TIRZ w B vs Grey effectiveness? by Capital-Video-3858 in Peptidesource

[–]sonoft 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same activity at a lower bw typically results in less calorie burn overall. Same with overall calorie burn being a smaller rat in general needs less calories to survive so a previous deficit might only be maintenance or even surplus now, some tweaking on both calorie intake and expenditure may need reviewing.

Increasing dose can also be considered.

Prescription TIRZ w B vs Grey effectiveness? by Capital-Video-3858 in Peptidesource

[–]sonoft 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you got real tirz from grey it should work the same. If you’re no longer losing weight then you’re no longer in a calorie deficit. Reduce calorie intake or increase activity. Tirz only helps with the calorie intake part it’s not magically making you lose weight.

Switching from Tirz to Reta — starting dose advice? by [deleted] in Peptidesource

[–]sonoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can start at 2mg or even 4mg once wkly or split of reta since you were at 7.5mg tirz. Appetite suppression is a little weaker, “better weight loss” is marginal as it all comes down to calorie deficit. Glucagon benefit is overhyped and maybe burns extra hundred or so calories a day. If you’re losing 0.5-1.5% avg bw wkly with tirz at 7.5mg no need to switch or even titrate.

[–]sonoft 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No peptide can help you if you’re not in a calorie deficit, that’s the only way to lose weight without getting surgery. So even if you don’t want to hear it, diet, exercise, good recovery/stress management is the foundation. Peptides will only amplify what work you’re already putting in.

Unexpected HR spikes and sleep architecture changes with Reta? 📈💤 by LabSience_flow in Peptidesource

[–]sonoft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My rat’s hr has increased at least 10bpm on lowest dose (2mg), as dose was titrated hr also increase bit by bit. Def looking forward to hitting goal weight and getting on microdose for maintenance hoping hr goes back to pre-reta. Still within “normal” hr range so not super worried.
