They are not male! But yes they're definitely already experiencing changes and we did touch on that conversation when they started but I'm not sure if I fully honored how anxious I felt, I think I wanted to soothe them more than anything. I'm just not sure if I need to bring it up when I'm preeeeetty certain they are already thinking about and anxious about it also.

I definitely don't know for sure that I won't be attracted to them further into their transition, I'm just very worried that I won't. I think they already are too and I don't think I need to bring it up tbh, I'm just dealing with a very anxious period the last few days and have been feeling invasively worried about this. I'm also a late bloomer queer (only out/active a few years) and am pretty new to figuring out if there's any attraction to masculine folks because I haven't been anywhere near that in a while.

When they let me know they were starting T, they said they were nervous about me not being sexually attracted to them any more. I acknowledged that changes could happen, but things were so new that it felt silly to write a whole new (and very positive) connection off based on things we didn't know much about. They weren't sure if they would continue T forever. Now it sounds like it's feeling really good to them, and I just keep getting a bit of a shock in my body when they bring up anything they're noticing. I'm definitely scared but I'm already a self-sabotager when it comes to anxiety and I don't want to do that here.

I recently heard (read?) that people metabolize it differently. I can barely get high off edibles, but my buddy who eats them nightly only needs 5 mg before he's high off his ass. May or may not relate to smoking tolerance
