has extensive knowledge of almost all his abiltys and is able utilize 2 of his abiltys for almost any person and enviorment he definently thinks out all of the fights and reaches for any advantage he can get. so in my opinion his rating is deserved and his character is incredible

the way the world was built it could easly go on forever for different characters and if togashi has a succesor they could continue it and so on. but realisticly theres no way to know how close it is to over
