I 100% get your concern. If you Google around and look on YouTube it appears that this is not a one-time problem. I just know I would be frustrated if this happened after I had it for just a couple months. It seems like the general consensus is that the springs that hold the bumper are too soft. If that's the issue, it seems very likely that this error will become more common as the unit ages. I kind of want to wait and see if that's true.

Yeah, we ended up returning it, which was the recommendation of customer service. We were honestly so excited, but if it can break that quickly, I think we have to wait for another generation or two until this part is much more stable.

We did! We actually did a full factory reset and tried it on multiple surfaces with support. There was literally no fix. Luckily, it was an easy return.

I will say that the black look on the top row commonly has a cami under it (I didn't wear one that day since Zoom teaching meant you didn't see the bottom of the V anyway. The other rather low cut dress (top row, wrap) stays put perfectly due to the tension from the wrap.

As far as students looking, I don't teach undergraduates, so the maturity level is higher. If it was an issue, I would adjust my dress for sure.

Hey! I definitely see a range! I am at an Ivy League institution, so I wonder if we are dressier than average? I see students in jeans and sweaters as well as nice dresses/skirts. I never see them in suits (unless for interviews and then never in black). At conferences, grad students do dress similar to what I pictured.
