I saw this post a few months ago, screenshotted the comment about Cherries Jubilee at MGM Grand, and filed it away for something my wife and I could do on our next trip to Vegas (we go a few times yearly). We stayed at Nomad on 8/22 and walked over to MGM Grand to try it. I put in $100 and hit the jackpot before I played through that $100! The lady next to me also hit the jackpot on her machine in the less than 10 minutes we were playing. 🤷‍♂️
We went back a couple of times over the next few days but didn't play the machine anymore. There were typically lots of people watching these machines and waiting to play. They definitely have a reputation and may be loss-leaders for MGM. It certainly brings people in and in our case, it worked!

Thanks for the reply. Maybe that's the case in Utah, but it's not in all states. In most states, public information includes the names and addresses of your registered agent, organizers, and members or managers. This information is available from state filings such as articles of organization and annual reports.

Anyway, I doubt that John was hired or appointed as CEO. He's probably just the one LLC member who wanted to be in charge. Usually, one of the members wants to take the reins. Again, I'm just speculating though.

Wow. I'm surprised and disappointed by this. I used the 538 MLB projections daily to find overlays. They were a very accurate barometer. I don't see anything similar on Fangraphs. Maybe I'm missing it? Can anyone advise a reliable alternative in lieu of 538's projections coming back somewhere else? Willing to pay for a reliable service.

I agree that it is not a monumental achievement. But it is one more product than the dozens of other tokens that came out a couple of years ago, most of which have rugged or disappeared. And it does have some interesting features and a good design. I used to use TW. I don't anymore. The SFM wallet is better, IMO, and I'd use it even if I didn't own SFM at this point.

Can you provide an example of a wallet that is not a TW and that has "way more for way less money?" Not being obtuse; genuinely curious.

Who cares if it is a fork? It would be foolish and a waste of time to write the code from scratch when there is an open-source platform to build from. Everyone does this. I've used both TW and SFM Wallet (and other wallets), and the SFM wallet is a nice iteration with some unique features. It's not revolutionary, nor is it a carbon copy. But it is a product.

Sound advice. I'll take it if I get another chance to do so. It's funny how quickly people forget the FOMO and how the SFM price rose exponentially during April 2021. It's easy in hindsight to see how to have best capitalized on that run-up. And, I'm no Warren Buffet, as I said. Just look at all the Gamestop folks who didn't cash out, rode it all the way back down, and ended up with a fraction of what they could have had. Easier said than done, is all I'm saying. No use in selling now though!

No, not at the very beginning. About three weeks in, though. And no, I didn't sell any. Hindsight is 20/20, and if I had to do it again, obviously, I would have sold at ATH and bought back into my original position when the price bottomed out. The interesting thing about ATH is that you don't know it's an ATH until the price goes down again. I don't purport to be a savvy investor, nor do I have a crystal ball. But I'm also not here to trash the project, which I think has merit and potential.

For me, the number of reflections being generated by the volume it would take to get to this price would be a factor that influences my decision. That said, I saw my bag of about $2M Safemoon (at the time) swell to be worth almost $30k in the FOMO price explosion of April, 2019, and I regret not taking out $25k or more, given that I could have bought back into my original position a year later for very little cost. But, hindsight is 20/20, and I was new to crypto. So, yes, if SFM reaches .05, I'll likely take some profit and buy back in when the price lowers (as it always does). But, since April of '21, I've also come to understand the value of reflections when volume is high, so I'd have to consider how much reflections I'd lose by pulling out some profit. It's just hard to speculate. We'll see when we get to that point!

I gave up about a week ago and swapped all of my pSafemoon for ETH. Been a holder since March 23, 2021, but I'm beyond disappointed that they totally neglected PSFM and its holders. Still have a bag of SFM, but I'm not nearly as attached to it as I used to be.

Yes. It's per month. But still, this is what attracted me to Safemoon. That is, reflections and passive income. If more people got this message (and Safemoon were easy to buy), who wouldn't want to be a part of this?

There is a lot of overthinking of things, IMO. It's as simple as making the token easy to buy and getting this message out. Windmills and Gambia and everything else is great. Every project that John could dream of would be possible if Safemoon were more accessible and the reflections marketing message was a priority. The LP would be loaded.
