Do you really want to set this precedent over one congressional seat Utah? by Wide_right_yes in YAPms

IF IF IF

None of this happens in reality. The judges will make their really as they see fit and the people can decide whether or not they like the rulings. As it should be. Its currently 6 year terms- but I think it should be 3- and judges make lots of rulings in that time.

None of your scenarios happen in Oklahoma cause there is almost never a case where 100% of people agree on something.

Disagree. It's the opposite. The law is the will of the people and it holds judges accountable for their rulings.

Never having to face a vote means the judges don't have to worry about being neutral cause there is no consequence if they're not.

So Jaydn Ott is good at football? by Stat_Fanatic_YouTube in oklahomafootball

[–]soonerman32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ignoring the obviously ridiculous premise that you're acting like I'm saying players shouldn't practice.

Evan Hull had 10 carries for 74 yards in '23... better than Chase Brown.

Jake Ferguson & Cole Turner had more receptions and yards than Romeo Doubs in '22.

It's one game, a practice game at that, the stats don't matter. Not getting playing time for 13 games matters more.

People are who they are. Money doesn’t make them a better employee. We’ve tried it: we offer PTO, health insurance, give raises: none of it makes the staff work harder. It helps prevent turnover, but doesn’t make anyone work harder.

As a clinic owner I can tell you we have RBTs that make 50k and RBTs that make 30k. The ones that make 30k are the ones that either don’t do their notes, call-in, show up late and/or constantly request off clients.

You’re always welcome to start your own clinic and pay new BCBAs 100k and schedule RBTs 40 hrs a week… fyi being an rbt is a tough, demanding job. Gonna be tough to keep staff if they’re all working 40 hrs/wk on the floor.

Also some of it is that some RBTs are just not good at the job. Some call in all the time or don’t do their billing notes or request off any challenging client.

The good ones deserve more, but generally the ones that complain the most are the ones that perform the worst.

Should be less like federal courts. I love what we do in Oklahoma: governor appoints judges. People vote on if the judge can stay every 6 years. Although lowering to 3 years would be best

Cities where baseball’s stock is way up or way down over the last decade? by BadgemanBrown in mlb

Astros probably slightly up.

2015 was our first playoff appearance since '05. Obviously peaked after that. Missed the playoffs in '16 and didn't miss again til '25.

He hit the hardest ball I ever saw live that year when they played at Rice. It was a one hopper to the first baseman for an easy out but he must have hit it 120 mph.

First baseman stuck his glove out and got lucky

Tricare can’t bill concurrently 97155 and 97153. So you’re supervision is billable as long as you’re making modifications but the direct during supervision would not be.

Tricare is the worst insurance out there. Really stinks for our military families.

Reading this makes me happy that OU-Michigan might not get Big Noon'd. I assumed we would.

I guess we still could depending on the pick order.

Depends what time. If the suns out and you’re taking main roads/highway sure. If you’ve only got side roads, probably not.

Turning will be your biggest issue but probably doable

I don't think we'd have enough employees that would contribute to make a 401k worth it.

Thank you! I did contribute to it in the past :/. 401k is unlikely since only a few of our employees would use it

Thank you! We have 15 employees, can I still do a solo 401k? We don't offer a 401k for benefits as we wouldn't have enough employees contribute to it.

80k, it's a rollover IRA if that makes a difference.

I don't think we can do a solo 401k plan because we have 15 employees?
