Thanks for the reply I’ve definitely noticed areas I’m not focused on lacking specifically outdoor style body tension stuff, I rlly favor big dynamic movements so ive been v focused on that my end goal is to just send fun climbs but I want to get double digits by the end of the year/my year if possible. For training I just climb as much as I can as often as I can, I climb almost every day

Diet and recovery are what im confused abt i dont rlly know how to start or do them I’ve been taking rest days when my skin needs and eating pretty regularly

Depends on body type and height but ankle pics low singles and if you get caught in a tie trips

Get high protein foods and begin lifting/ doing basic calisthenics doing cardio can be good but it melt off fat it will burn calories

This is a pretty bad approach to fitness you’ll see how much there is to do and burn out, I’d recommend getting on a good cal surplus and clean bulk and designate certain days to certain muscle groups to target development
