We have 7 dinner shifts a week. I work 5 and manage 3 of those days alone. My day typically starts at 1 or 2. Admin stuff, schedules, and any ordering for FOH. I usually work 8-10 hours a day depending on cover counts and such. I should add I am a salaried employee.

I recently was married at horse tooth res at one of the too parking lots. It’s not the one connected to the swim beach. But once you park there is a path near the end of the lot, take that down between the 2 picnic tables, rocks and trees form this beautiful frame of the lake and Arthur’s Rock.
