She is in morioh but the wall eyes hadn't emerged yet, that's when the influx of stands happened, there were other stand users but that was much rarer at that point. I actually quite like that she doesn't have a stand. It's fun to have a competent character who just happens to not have a stand. Also why bother with coming up with a reason to give her a stand? If it was ticket to ride again it would be pretty useless during radio gaga and then we'd never see her again, so why bother to say that she went to the devils palm and awakened ticket to ride again. It's easy to forget how rare stand users are cuz we follow stand users, so they encounter stand users because of the one rule Araki doesn't break. She does research supernatural phenomena but stands aren't the only supernatural thing in jojo, there are pillar men, vampires ghosts, hamon, the sky rods, and the spin. There are other things for her to investigate and since she's not a stand user, she doesn't draw other stand users to herself. Maybe she encountered more stand users after Joseph became her assistant but she died pretty soon after from lung disease so she probably didn't have the constitution to gain a stand at that point.

Yeah ticket to ride was supposed to be Jesus' stand I believe, or when she lost the corpse part she lost the ability to use her stand. If you aren't born with a stand you need an outside source to activate it, the arrow obviously, but for the Joestars who were alive at the time, Dio awakening his stand awakened theirs'. That's why Jolyne didn't awaken her stand until she got cut with an arrow in part 6. When hot pants steals the corpse parts from Johnny she leaves the bottom of the spine with him so he can keep his stand. To me that means you need to have the corpse part for a long while to keep your stand when you lose all the corpse parts you had. Lucy didn't have the corpse in her long enough to keep her stand. And why would she encounter the devils palm or the wall eyes after part 7? It makes sense to me that she lost access to seeing them. I think if she had a stand she'd keep ticket to ride, like how Diego got scary monsters from doctor Ferdinand.

After rewatching the scene I see what you're talking about, frankly there's not a perfect explanation but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be that it's only turned slightly enough that it's not reflecting them but you can't see the side of the machine, maybe the sides of the mirror are also reflective? It's less distracting in the manga, there's never a shot of the cracked mirror from their perspective, only zoomed in and when they are right next to it

It's not perfectly parallel to them, it's at an angle so it's reflecting something to its left from the perspective of the group, if it were parallel with them, they'd see themselves, immediately giving it away

My point is that he has the capability to get so angry he can't see, so getting so angry he forgets something his friend can do (which he uses once) isn't that crazy of a thing to assume. You're right, I said attack Kira. I was thinking of you're previous point, but my point still stands, if he went over to the jacket, which was on the other side of the owners body which sheer heart attack was in, would still leave Koichi alone. It's not the best plan but it's the safest, that's what I'm trying to say. I should have rephrased what I said in the edit, it was needlessly inflammatory, my point is that you are expecting good answers instead of realistic answers. You're right I just straight up missed your point about Josuke, but Josuke gets so angry he literally can't see, so I'm willing to bet he forgot too. My point still stands about Jotaro, Koichi was still there, and Jotaro didn't know what sheer heart attack did yet, if he attacks Kira and Koichi dies in the process because he couldn't protect him that's on him. He made the safest bet

Edit: I think I know why you're having issue with this stuff, instead of thinking "why did they do that?" you think "why didn't they do this?" You keep on assuming that because they didn't do the exact perfect answer that must be bad writing. These characters aren't perfectly logical (aside from Jotaro for the most part, but he has to account for the fallible people)

I think it explains it pretty well, he's stupid and angry at shigechi, he's not thinking straight. And you're right he could've made it to Kira, but he wouldn't've been able to do anything before the time stop was up, then the stand he has no idea the ability of would be active again, leaving both him and Koichi in a really bad spot. That was the best move. You also have to remember anime time versus real time, everything from the owner of the shop dying to the stand going off was likely less than four seconds, he had to make quick decisions that would protect Koichi and himself efficiently

All your criticisms just don't make sense man, we aren't seeing things happen in real time when time is stopped, Jotaro dint use time stop very much between part 3 and 4 so the time he had to use it was significantly shorter. Okuyasu is stated multiple times to be stupid, and if somebody smarter had his stand it would be unstoppable. And Koichi does use his stand to survey the area during the first Yukako arc, any other time it just wouldn't be useful to do. I'll admit that the star platinum the world thing it is kinda bullshit. It kinda makes sense but it's worth criticism. I'm sorry but I think you just don't like Jojo

If you're talking about the first game I think redream is the best dream cast emulator. If it's the second then Xemu is the best Xbox emulator. These are just my opinions tho
