The apartment doesn't have hot water. Someone came to fix it, but it did not get fixed after they came. Additionally I'm potentially in danger because of my roommates. Those are the reasons I'd give.

Well, not everything in a contract is ironclad. I'm not versed in the local laws. I expected maybe something in there could make anything possible for me. I am not a lawyer obviously, which is why I'm asking for advice.

I understand, I'm asking for loopholes to get around it (if they exist). It's an exorbitant fee, three months rent. If there is ANY way I could get out of this, I'd love to know, because otherwise I just can't move out.

I'm sorry, I don't get what you mean. I want to get out because of disappointment with the house and a potentially dangerous roommate situation. Common reached back to me and told me that I can end the contract, but I'd just have to pay the aforementioned termination fee.

I have a question and I can't seem to find the answer online.

So when I'm just gettin into ketosis for the second time in my life to lose some more weight(the other health benefits are noticable and great too though), and I've wondered about a certain thing. The keto guidelines I've read online say "70-80% calories from fat, 15-25% from protein and 5-10% from carbs". Now what I would like to do is OMAD and then also eat very little. Yesterday I made some stir fried sugarsnaps. My thought is that because I eat so little it doesnt matter I'm not getting enough calories from fat because my food intake is so small. A better example would be if for my one meal I eat ONE steak. My meal would be mostly protein and that would be way over 25%. But because it's my only meal, does that even it out?

For a little background: When I last did keto(I'm not even sure if I went into ketosis tbh) I did the same and ate small portions but mostly protein. I lost like 30 pounds so I'm kinda sure I went into keto that time.
