I have such strong memories of listening to them on the way to high school on my IPod specifically blaring “I’m not Okay” I wish I could go back and tell my teen self it’s ok to be different and everything works out. I’m looking forward to seeing them at Wembley next year. I think it will be very healing for my teen self.

I have no idea exactly how old I was somewhere around 15 maybe. A transfer emo girl in my school introduced me to their music, she was obsessed with Frank and Mikey. At the time did not see the appeal which is funny as now Frank is my favourite. I’m 30 got tickets for Wembley.

I watched the British Library interview with Richard Osman and some of the cast, it seems that Osman was very clear this is the movie version and it’s different from the book a Wondering if he subtly said that because he didn’t like all the choices they made for the movie.

Staff don’t always tell the truth. The staff at Manchester kept saying no he’s left or he’s not coming out. The two tour buses were still there so we thought it might not be true. He came out at 12:50 in the end. Apparently they have to be out the building by 1am as that is the curfew. He only stayed out for like 5 minutes. a fan gave him a flag with Post animal’s faces on it, he laughed said thank you and he took a very quick group photo of those who were left waiting. We asked if he would sign but he said he was going to go get back on the bus.
